This is an expansion deal from one of my current accounts. They are on a quarterly agreement & this last quarter with them has not been fun. After already having a signed agreement and them using our product for months, they decided now would be a good time for a security review. I have no problem with the review itself, but I just thought it was odd that they wanted to do it after already using our software for multiple months, rather than do it at the beginning. Anyways, after a million emails and three (long) calls, we officially passed their assessment and even got a little expansion revenue out of them!
