Wellss closed a deal for $4.7k to the Marketing department

This should have been an easy win but it turned out to be more difficult than anticipated. We were working with an agency who said they had a client lined up and ready to go. Usually I work directly with the agency and they handle communications between the client, but in this case they wanted the client directly involved. Not only that, they wanted to include another agency that this client works with as well. So now we had three separate companies included on one account, and it just made everything take so much longer. The trial did go smoothly though & they ended up signing, but there were just too many cooks in the kitchen for this one
