This deal was sourced from a long standing partner of mine. They're the type of partner that has our system fully figured out & can implement it all on their own, meaning they don't really need me and don't always communicate much. I did, however, get an update from them mid way through this sales cycle asking for a favor, and I took that as a buying sign. Sure enough, they pulled through yet again and brought this new client on today!
