I'm back in the office now but my S/O never understood that I was WORKING because I was "just sitting on my computer"... Honestly led to more arguments than anything because he'd always want to go grab lunch or watch a movie or just hang out. Nah babe, someone's gotta pay the bills.

My wife works 12-8, but runs her own businesses so she's working on her own thing in a different room in the morning before heading into her clinic. The only time it's a struggle is when we both have calls and we can hear each other.
Funny you mentioned that... I met my manager in person for the first time a few weeks back since I was hired during COVID and his wife was there too since it was a happy hour for our team.ย
And his wife was like " OH you're _____, I heard your demo the other day... great job." ๐

Love it, she's now hybrid so I miss having her around when it's office time.

Love it, my wife passively listens to my client calls because my "office" is also my living room and she gives positive and constructive feedback without being annoying about it.ย I do, however love having the house to myself so I can make cold calls on speaker, which I call "Big timing"ย
Mine had a bit of downtime at her job. So she worked 4days a week. The day she s here it s a bit distracting, but no real issues. In the future she wants her practice to be at home. That way will be working from home everyday.ย
Mine is back in the office, and I miss having him home! I will say we have the space to each have an office and not overhear calls. Only issue we ever had was if one of us didn't realize the other was on a call and suggested "outside" or "walk" to our dogs who love to howl lol
My GF works shift work and hates that I am home on her days off - especially when she is coming off a night shift. I enjoy working from home but we "compromised" and I now will be going into the office post night shifts.ย
I love it, we both run sales teams and give each other feedback all the time. We keep each other on our shit and are making more now than pre COVID because of it.ย

WFH has forever changed the office scheme as we know it, where I'm at we're constantly debating whether if the rent is necessary now and if moving the office elsewhere is more profitable.
