What are some components of a sales onboarding (as a new hire) that helped you hit the ground running in your first 90 days

I want to hear from you on what makes a great sales onboarding experience

Much love

Honestly shadowing is the thing that resonates most with me. Having a firm grasp of the product and target markets is also essential in the first few months.

Agreed on shadowing. Also, having a "fake it till you make it" attitude. The right energy, applied the right way, always helps as well IMO.

My experience going from a legacy org to startup is very different. +1 on the shadowing and learning about the product and target markets. One thing that I would like to add is learning the internal politics within your company is just as important.
