What are some tools you use to make your day easier?

Outside of the usual extracurriculars...

I was just wondering if anyone has anything they use specifically to make life easier when it comes to prospecting/demos/note-taking.

I use a rocketbook for notes, and it has been a game changer when it comes to archiving and organizing.

Thoughts?

I'm a serial tab opener, so I use One Tab whenever I'm about to hop into a presentation/internal call.

Started using Notion at an old company, now a big fan of it. Use it similar to how you're using Rocketbook.

I don’t shut down my computer so I’ll never have to close one.

I close deals, not browser tabs 😎

That's the spirit, I let my deals pay for the Ram I need to keep my tabs open.

Oh yeah If you have less than 10 tabs opened, I won't sit on the same table with you.

Second the Rocketbook. Take all the notes I want, upload and store them wherever, just drop them straight into the CRM so no one can be like "This meeting note sucks"

I’m old school and personally find that writing down notes or anything I want to say helps!

Yooo! So Rocketbook let’s me hand write my notes (only way I work). But then you can scan and archive

Zoom info - when that doesn’t work I use the free chrome extension of ‘Hunter.io’ Sales nav has also updated and is more useful than ever but I’m sure you’ve seen that. Really simple one which everyone knows - google sheets - although my CRM tracks everything I find making my own model on google sheets a lot easier to follow.

EverNote- Simple note taking app but I like it because they have a lot of tools to keep things organized for things like personal vs work related or like project to project. They also have an app for both Android and Apple- so from my Mac to my Samsung I have all the same notes. No hiccups.

Only complaint is that they are constantly bothering you to upgrade to the paid version which doesn't seem really any better than the free version.
