SaaS sales manager or watching sales managers kids lol? Im so confused.ย
My man, get on the lingo grandpa a Manny is a Manager. Curious about what that next bump in stress is worth.ย
I knew a manny in New York, dude watched this famous couples kids, slept with the wife and they are together now, he was making some serious coin as the Manny and now more as the benefit of the sugar momma. So sadly that ruined that term for me and i wont use it.ย
So manager level should be 90-100k base and 140-150 OTE for a company around 150M is our range.ย

depends heavily on the company. at a smaller firm, I would say 130-150k OTE would be a fair range, and at larger firms $250k+ is normal.ย
I agree with this take. Also depends on location.
$100k-$120k base, $180k-$200k OTE
150-200k OTE depending upon the company size and environment
