What are your most useful sales enablement tools?

There's about a million of these tools and platforms out there, I'm sure a bunch of you are selling them. Ex. (outreach, gong, yesware, seamlesss.ai, rocket reach, etc.).

Selfishly, I've started vetting some to invest in (starting at 1 seat and growing to 20 in the next year or so).

What do y'all like using and why?

Zoominfo. The contacts sometimes have cell phone numbers and they have a "News Alert" for all your top accounts.

I second this - the news alert feature is awesome, and the contacts have been far more reliable than some of the other tools I've used.

I use ZoomInfo and it is awesome. I specifically like the intents section on ZoomInfo.

DOOLY. You can update 30 salesforce opportunities in 30 seconds.

Powerful for the organized, but dangerous for the procrastinator.

Yo with Scratchpad you can do hundreds using their wicked fast bulk update feature. I've tried both apps and Scratchpad is straight fire compared to Dooly.

+1 on QuotaPath. So nice to be able to forecast your commissions with a single click. My last company used Xactly which felt like it was designed by a freshman as their User Experience 101 class project.

ZoomInfo - the easiest way to find people's cell phone numbers, a line that is more likely to be picked up than an office line in my experience.

Chorus is the one tool that my team has now that I just don't know how we did without before we had it.  Training, onboarding, coaching, trends analysis. It would be the first software I bought if I ever took a new gig.

I just saw that Chorus got acquired by ZoomInfo today. That could be a huge game changer.

we recently brought in Gong but effectively the same (sorry any Gong/Chorus reps). Already feeling the same - onboarding new reps, even remotely, is completely different and if you can get then bought in early, they run with it on their own after a while which is great.

I love Chorus, I was weary about it being a little to big brother but the insights and notes it’s a able to capture frees me up and allows me to have a deep conversation without typing or frantically writing my illegible chicken scratch that I wouldn’t be able to read later any way.

i like chorus a lot - i feel like Gong has more functionality, but honestly i dont know how any rep has enough time to take advantage of the added functionality.  i basically use chorus to prep for my next call and get my head back around an account

I use SalesLoft and SalesNav more than anything else. Still have a good bit of Excel for creating editable dashboards that SFDC just can’t make.

Seen a lot of mentions of ZoomInfo, which I would agree with.
For me, it is Outreach. Having the integration with Zoom is great, but the actual function of Outreach is great for my market. The automation aspect of it frees up a lot of time and the UI is smooth and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend it for a growing team.

Gong for call and demo scoring, was especially useful while we were remote and I was on boarding because we could listen to calls/meetings and get feedback on our calls.

We use Lessonly for product and sales training.

Sales nav and Outreach for prospecting. At my last job we used LeadIQ to look up contact info from LinkedIn Sales Nav, and it would directly input that info into Salesforce

I’m an SDR at ZoomInfo so we use our own tech, but other than that: outreach and Loom (Vidyard when it’s working). Just being able to put people in email sequences and get rear receipts is great, and videos are useful for warmer relationships. Useless for cold ones though.

Gong is King for sure. No better way to get better than by watching yourself make mistakes, watching successful reps and correcting/replicating on your next calls.

I'm actually curious - there seems to be a ton of different tools out there, and many comments mention using multiple tools.

Is it ever too much? Is there not one sales enablement tool that does all of it?

Depending where your org is at,

Leadgen: Apollo/Zoominfo

Video content: Loom/Vidyard

Sales Nav is a must

Call recording: Just record with Zoom or Otter.ai (free) unless you are a big company. Gong is overrated and most companies really dont use it how they should.

You could throw in some type of intent data tool like 6Sense, Bombora or G2, but havent seen much from those.

Reprise (for demos)
