Here's mine. I think you should be given the freedom to choose. Obviously, it's up to the company and not you, but for those with families, hobbies that keep them grounded, and those who have moved to another state, is it worth it to move back to the city where your office is?
Some companies force you to come in for the sake of building "Office Culture" adding to extra commuting costs and leaving you with 2-3 hours less for your day to pursue other hobbies and spend time with family. I'd prefer WFH, but a day or two in the office is cool, just not full-time.
I also think it's fairly anti-progressive to not have some form of WFH for remote positions that you could hire people from states that can't move to hubs like Austin, SF, NY, etc
What are your thoughts?
