Head Of Sales
1. Honesty - not bending the truth, or misleading prospects on the product or experience they will have
2. Dependability - if I say im going to do something for a prospect I will do it.
3. Being strategic - taking time to understand what the next move needs to be and not just defaulting to what ever we have done in the past.
4. have fun - if i dont like what im doing i just wont do it
5. stay chill - ive found that I cant allow my self to get too pumped when things go well and then not too pissed when things go poorly. things go up and down all the time but staying in the middle is how i can do my best work.

Some great ones already listed so here are three that come to mind

Realistic-Understanding when you are on a sinking boat whether it be an opportunity or company

Persistent-All things is sales take time and you have to stay dedicated to hit your goals

Adaptable- Things change all the time, with what works to sets meetings, products your company offers and innovations your competitor makes, let a lone the timeline of deals. Got to be adaptable to learn new things and change it up

I've seen great comments so far - so I want to bring some items that might not be there and could complement the already mentioned to set you up for success:

1. Value prop. Make sure the customer is receiving what they are actually paying for. Not more not less - if they receive more that's added value which is nice to have, but stay adherent to the value prop you're offering.

2. Follow up. If you commit to a deadline, send an email, making that call - honor it.

3. Prioritization. Get a comprehensive understanding of your pipeline to shoot for the right prospect at the right time.

4. Self Awareness. Understand when is a good moment to let go and when you should go the extra mile with a customer.

5. Self-improvement and Accountability. Gotta stop sometimes to check on best practices, what's working, and what is not; improve and move on.

1. No Bullshit( neither with your customers, colleagues, or managers).
2. Be Real(to yourself and others).
3. Help out & Cheer others on(Remember it only takes one empathetic gesture, to make someone's day).
4. Take steps forward to maximize impact whether it be a team or organizational goals.
5. Take Breaks(Don't sweat the losses, note them down, pause to think about your next steps, and in the meanwhile have fun, and party hard).

1. Do not oversell.
2. If the discount you are giving to the customer is not yielding anything to the company you're working for, it's a lose-lose deal.
3. They need to trust me to be able to even work with me. I need to create that safe space for them.
4. Nothing is personal. Neither is a win, nor is a rejection.
5. If you don't ask for it, it's going to a No.

1. Do one good thing a day
2. Get up and get out in the field, office days are a waste of time, admin work is for non-selling hours.
3. Do your pre-call planning the night before, doesn’t have to be long, just a bullet reminder of what the goal of the meeting is, execution, etc.
4. Communication and quick response.. even if the answer may take while set that expectation and let them know your working on it.
5. Be a conversationalist
