What cadence tool do you use?

Pretty much what cadence building tool do you use, and what do you like and dislike about it?

I'm sure a lot use Outreach. I have heard good things about it, but have not tried it. It is also somewhat expensive, so I'm interested in what other tools ya'll have experience with.

What I would really like is a tool that allows me to integrate multiple channels, e.g. phone, email, LinkedIn and others. I'd prefer not to manage emails in one place and LinkedIn another, so I'm curious what tools you like.

Sounds like you need something like Outreach. I've used SalesLoft, which is basically the same thing. Other ones I've heard of recently are Outplay, Xant, Intersellar, and Vanillasoft (this one is mostly used for call centers though)

Ok, thanks. Appreciate the input. Do you know if Outreach can integrate with LinkedIn - like can I automate LinkedIn connection requests, InMail and Messages?

To my knowledge you won't be able to automate LinkedIn. Linkedin frowns upon that. However, you can send inMails directly from the cadence within SalesLoft/Outreach

Ok, thanks.

I've been doing LinkedIn automation with Dux-Soup, but they don't do email and you can't really build real sequences, so it requires a lot of manual work.

You can't automate, but it does have a decent search feature to bring you to the right profile.

I don’t even know anymore 🤪
We use Salesloft! No problems, easy to use and self explanatory. I hadn't used a tool like this prior (we implemented in February) and had no issues. Outreach looks very similar.

Cool, thanks. Does it let you automate LinkedIn outreach or is it only for Email and Phone?

You have linked-in steps and an integration you can send the messages straight from the salesloft window, but the messages aren’t automated for linked in. Dux soup is what I’ve heard for that, but j think I saw a separate  comment you already use that

Ok, cool.

Yeah, I have been using Dux-Soup which is great for running automated connection request campaigns. But is doesn't integrate with email, so you have to do that in another tool which is not great.

I believe they now also let you set up LinkedIn drip-campaigns where you can automate follow up messages, but that requires a premium subscriptions which I currently do not have.

Nice. Does Salesloft provide any kind of intent data or other ways to know which targets are better, outside of demographic data?

Salesloft and I love it. Didn't know about cadences for my first two months in sales and boy oh boy did my day get easier when someone showed me how to actually use a cadence

Still investigating. I’ve used both Apollo and Hubspot. Of the two I prefer Apollo. HubSpot has a lame limit of 5 automated emails.

I like the functionality of Apollo, but I would like something with more in depth data, like intent data so I can narrow down the number of target accounts and go after.

I have looked into ZoomInfo, but it is super expensive, $40,000/year for one user. ZoomInfo does have intent data and can supposedly automate the process of adding the best prospects to your pre-defined campaigns and bubble up the one that has the highest likelihood of converting into an appointment.

But again it’s a lot of money and a big risk, plus the sales guy is kinda sleazy and pushy.

I'm asking because my experience is that most people don't pick up the phone if they don't know the person calling.
