Always kill with kindness. and If you are having problems with someone, never be the one who complains unless there is a business rationale. If you get into a he said/she said situation, itโll be a losing battle. Always have nothing bad to say and that you are shocked about the info. That person becomes the problem. You get isolated and whenever something comes up in the future, you are covered.
Sure. One of my first jobs had a guy that would verbally harass people, and be an overall dick. One day, I just got fed up and filed a complaint. Apparently, he said only nice and glowing things about me. So, when things were closed out, it made me seem like a crazy person. I was pissed, but I dropped it. Later, at an outting, he just laid into me one-on-one. Gave me shit, and told me that anything that happens and gets escalated will be my fault. Kind of messed up, but you have to leave traps for people like that.
Google an excel interview test for some bigger company and google how to do everything. It's what I did when I was unemployed and was very helpful and helps me in my everyday use of the system.
If you are awesome at excel, pick some other software and do the same.
