what data would help you succeed?

To give you context. I just left my SDR role to pursue a degree in data mining. I want to build a project that can get data from online sources and I was just connected to the best data miner I have ever met. Like she is just MIND BLOWING. She was asking me what she can help me to succeed as an SDR

What should I ask her to work on.

What data would help you succeed as a sales rep in this market. What data can you just not get your hands on, or is too expensive to buy at this point for your firm.

What if a solution found people, found where they work, estimated their salary, somehow got. sense of their financials, found more information about the person through online sources, created a map of all people that would most likely want your product with a salary over a certain amount. Does that help?

Is this supposed to be B2B, that info might be helpful for insurance sales people for financial advisors, not sure about SaaS for example

I haven’t heard of a degree track in data mining, so this is a first. Also, all of your replies and the logic of your post tells me you’re building something, not going back to school, and you’re using this thread as a brainstorm.

It's this course that I took on Coursera. Not really a degree track but it's something where I connect with other people in the community and we started building together.
The thing is we're good at retrieving data but not sure what to get and sell. Sales has everything it needs, were looking at insurance, trading, real estate, private equity, but still no luck finding an obvious gap.

Exactly, in't everything already in the market? Unless you go to a person's house, get the guys actual number, wouldn't it again be the same thing that's already available in the market? We got automation tools now, enrichments tools, research tools, what else would an SDR want?
