What did your company do to help the sales team during covid?

Just very curious about this as I've heard several things from different companies. Lowering quota, changing commission structure etc.

The company I was working for raised our targets by 15% and said that Covid isn't an excuse to not hit targets even though 70% of our sales came from the hospitality industry.

Would love to hear what your company did.

My old company didn't do anything- kept our targets the same. For one quarter they lowered them a little bit, but that was it. That's why they are now my 'old' company ;)
