What do I do after I give in my 2 weeks?

Gave in my 2 weeks and cleaned up my pipeline and created all my docs. Still have about 10 days left... what do I do in this time as an SDR. There's no point building pipeline right?

Are you working this two weeks or did they have you turn in your equipment?

Ask your boss what he wants you to do.

my boss is on leave :( thats why I'm kind of lost. Honestly just BSing my way through the week saying i'm setting up things for the team I was leading.

Then show up and do what you have done everyday. Just cause you’re leaving doesn’t exempt you from doing what they hired you to do.

You should probably just do what feels right, tbh. Don't stress, don't worry.

In my company, we are considered as non-performing employee once we serve notice. So I wouldn’t struggle to get new business but I still have the opportunity to close any existing opps in the pipeline. But you have cleared everything so enjoy your time.

I am not very sure but I would want to spend this time listening to top SDRs calls, collecting my fav emails I sent (and that worked), collecting my calls as well and maybe my payslips ? :p

I'd be doing what they expect me to be doing. Building pipe for an AE will always be received gratefully.

Sounds like you can't go wrong, though, so don't stress.

sift through your opps and be a nice guy and hand em off. OR put up some fingers and play some kitten cannon.

Relax and enjoy the time you have until your next opportunity starts. Be as helpful to your colleagues, and get as many LinkedIn requests/contact infos as you can. You never know when you need to call on your network!

Time to hang out for a bit. Just make sure to do everything you need to do in order to leave on a positive note

You'd better ask your boss on this.

Document everything, open deals, closed deals unpaid, angry emails from the boss, client lists, training docs, EVERYTHING.

You don't need to violate any non-competes, but you also never know if they are going to pay you owed commissions until later. Having something to hold over them and/or some compensation in lieu can't hurt.

If you want to be a nice guy then write up a summary of all deals, major contacts, open and expected projects, etc. so the next rep or your manager can get up to speed fast. I left my old company on not the best terms but leaving a great summary helped mend some of the relationship. (and I think gave mgmt a bit of a reality check on the scale of work I was actually doing day to day)

Finally, make sure you are not stressing out, don't work longer than 9-5, don't let anyone talk down or piss you off, take copious breaks, get personal contact details of any coworkers you want to remain in contact with and just enjoy the feeling of being out the door and not beholden to anyone (for a few weeks at least).

Ask your boss and your peers how you can help them.
I was in your shoes last week and I basically just spent the time cleaning my pipeline, meeting up with colleagues to loop them in my open opps and assisting as much as possible. Outside of that, you're right, no real point in prospecting unless you know you can close in those 10 days left

Be helpful to your team. Go above and beyond passing shit off with info so they don’t have to search for it. Consolidate all of that for your manager. Leave on good terms. You never know when you’ll run into them again.
