hi y'all, I've found myself to drink and smoke more during covid (obviously) but now that it's getting closer to the end and I am going out more, I still drink/smoke a lot more than I want to/should. Meditation does not work for me and neither does exercise. What do you do to unwind and still have fun/feel good when doing it? Serious replies are appreciated a lot more than shit ones.
