What do you do when your IT Tickets go unanswered on multiple occasions for long spans of time?

From all the tools I use, it makes my job pretty hard when something isn't working properly and IT doesn't answer my tickets in a timely manner. Do I tell on them or do I avoid ratting them out?

I usually just try clearing my cookies, and if that doesnt work I put my lap top in a 20 pound bag of jasmine rice

Yeah I feel that, image ignoring your prospects like this. No deals would be closed

What tools aren't working for you. Is it something major like your CRM being faulty or are we talking minor problems like Slack being down

If your IT team has not created slack for you, keep bribing them.ย

We do have slack, I honestly think it distracts them all day. I will message them and they just tell me to submit more tickets. Then they say they didn't get it and make me submit a ticket for that.

I don't like to be annoying or pushy with them. IT teams do get really busy with meningeal tasks. I kind of treat it along the same lines of you don't mess with people who handle your food.ย ย

How many times will you call a prospect after they don't answer the first time? At what frequency? I typically don't make a lot of repeat calls, just call with volume consistently and try to catch folks at the right time...
