People pay out of pocket for ZoomInfo? That’s ridiculous.
I’ve worked at some smaller companies that have only paid for office 365 and that’s it. I’ve had to pay for outreach, sales Nav, hubspot, and others out of pocket and it sucked.
Yeah, I would just flat out not work at those places. Those are crucial tools and if the company doesn’t see the value in making that investment, then i don’t see the value in working for a company like that 🤷🏻♂️
If a company isn't offering to pay for it, fine, I'll be worse at my job. If a company pays for HALF of it, that's a red flag to me.

You should 100% bring up that you can't pay for it. Not because you can't afford it, but seeing as you're bringing in bank for your company, it's wrong. Stop paying then see what they do.
