- Breeze shot - how I’m doing from a personal standpoint (my manager and I are homies) - Data. (I enjoy this piece on understanding my pipeline) - Deal help (stucks, exec demo prep, strategy, etc) - Career growth convos - Action items discernment.
This works really well for us and I leave understanding my pipe and deals better. He leaves knowing what I’m bullish and bearish on from a pipeline perspective.

I enjoy all four but I will add that I need to have complete control of the agenda and format of the conversation.

If I can come to the meeting with two agenda items that we knock out in 10 minutes and I can get back to my day? YES, PLEASE!!
Ownership over my own development is such a key part of my 1:1s with my manager. It is imperative that communication be open though. "Closed mouths don't get fed" or whatever that stupid trope is.

Honestly, the best mentors/coaches will likely do a combination of all

Mine are usually a combo of all, but if I could improve my current 1:1s, I’d like my manager to come with more feedback on how I’m doing with things - what am I doing well? Where can I improve/focus more on this week?

I love getting feedback of where exactly I can improve and ideas to do so

Combination but mostly just a personal check in or personal development.
I really don't like deal strategy or forecasting. I take good notes. Its all in Hubspot...just read it. I hate repeating to a manager whats already in CRM

My 1:1's are always led by me. My manager definitely mixes it up. More importantly, I'm also the one deciding the frequency of it. No point in jumping on a meeting when I have nothing to talk about and neither does my manager. Awkward lol
