Nah, we don’t really fuck with contracts in this industry, it’s actually pretty nice. I’m only good as my last sale so customers can switch vendors at the flick of the wrist. Most revenue is from residual monthly orders...forces me to really focus on relationship-based and consultative selling. Have made some amazing friends out of some of clients!

Exactly. Its a big picture job - you can be a lifer and make bank in a low stress environment once you build those strong relationships. Plus when people leave, you're there to pick up any of their accounts. Networking leads to more accounts being picked up, as people hop from company to company. I'd say my biggest issue is not being challenged enough at times
