I save the full suit for big time meetings, but having a nice outfit with a blazer or something that jazzes it up can be a great way to show you take them seriously without being stuffy.

I'm in phone sales, my office is business casual. In the winter it's pants with a blouse and in summer it's dresses all the way. If I have a video call with a prospect I'll throw on a blazer.

I'm in veterinary sales. Veterinarians and their staff are notoriously insecure and I'm dealing with people who have probably been peed on like seventy times today already. If you come in dressed too nice, they get resentful.ย
