What does your company use for Knowledge Base or SOP articles?

Shopping to finally standardize all of the tribal knowledge in the company and it's becoming very obvious that Sharepoint + Documents aren't going to cut it. What does your company use?

My current company uses confluence, but it tends to be used more by non-sales teams than anyone else.

SharePoint at least theoretically. Also used the CRM itself, Confluence, OneDrive, etc.
