Always been a big believer that a companies culture is a clear indicator of continued growth. Thus, I'm curious about what the War Room thinks is more important. Working at a company where you genuinely love your co-workers or working for a company whose mission you truly believe in? For me, I have to say the former. I've sold various products for my company and at the end of the day, the thing that has kept me from leaving is I love the people here. I believe in what we do, but it's not the mission statement that kept me motivated.
P.S I think both are important and help companies find success, but curious to hear what others think makes a bigger impact on the bottom line.
