What is the best competition or incentive you’ve ever participated in?

Excited to hear what sort of incentives or competitions really got you motivated through your sales careers. Mine was an incentive that went over the course of two weeks and at the end of that period the rep with the most new account business got two concert tickets of there choice. I won and took my gf to Jay Z and Beyoncé!

My company held elevator pitchs and three different teams had to elect a person to give the elevator pitch. Ended up winning and everyone on my team got 50$ doordash giftcards🤝

In my first job, we had a Game of Thrones themed competition. The teams were called Lannisters, Starks etc. The winning team got gift cards or something like that. But this drove healthy competition. We did get to hear the phrase "The Lannisters send their regards" a few hundred times. But yeah, good fun.

I worked one place where we had a bunch because we were trying to get sold for a bunch of $$$$.

It was routine that you'd get an extra $5k if you closed the most logos quarter or closed the biggest ACV. One quarter you got comped more if you closed your quota in the first 2 months. Those things make you sit the fuck up.
