What is the best option for living with work stress?

I have always considered that it is necessary for stress to exist in the workplace, the problem is when it accumulates, it is preferable to coexist with it.

Which do you prefer?

I fuck shit up in Warzone after work with one of the other WZ members y’all see frequently. Put up a few wins in the opening of Caldera. You want to know how to de-stress? Revive his ass a few time.

Other than that I mountain bike and play guitar!

But really. Fellas. If you are stressed PLEASE get a therapist. There is nothing non-manly about it, it may just save a life. Please talk to someone if you need to!

I also agree with therapy. You can even download apps for free where you can journal, have meditations, access to help, etc.

Peloton meditation for sleeping. I’m pretty sure I don’t even use it the right way...just turn on the relaxing or sleep mediation and fall asleep before the sessions even over.

Workout, box, run, and journal. Kinda nice to start off each day and write out a plan and whatever is stressing you, let it go and then get shit done.

Blow it up
Stress is good to some degree, I find it helps me perform at a higher level.

Other than the usual methods, I also go target shooting every once in a while. You have to be calm and in the moment to be accurate, even with other people shooting around you. I find it a good way to focus on myself and my own little slice of the world while seeing the results that focus and training can achieve.

I play basketball on Wednesdays with a group of app designers who office in the same co-working campus. While working out in the gym also helps, the camaraderie we have developed over this last year has been one of the most therapeutic things I have ever experienced.
