Keep a victory journal so you can reflect on your wins in times when you're down. Remind yourself what you have done in the past - you've been successful before you can do it again.Β

This is actually huge not only for personal reminders but to use as a tool in interviews. Interna promotions often ask about some of your biggest/best wins and having a Win Journal allows you to keep track and easily reference those!

Oh I like that idea! Once you get a few wins you will definitely feel more comfortable so just keep at it! I've been doing it for years and it still makes me nervous sometimes

First advice I give is to create an β€œaccomplishments” email folder. Every dial tracker you are at the top of, every best practice you share, every client testimonial.

The best people don’t realize just how good they are and those things seem normal. But when you hit a slump, or need to interview, you can dive in there and remind yourself how awesome you are

Learned this recently from a ted talk I believe. Stand up, power pose, big breaths and smile. Tell yourself how great you are in the mirror. You’re always going to be your best cheerleader. And don’t be afraid of no, it’s really not that bad. I follow up a β€œNo” with great, is there a better time to discuss x or will everything be prefect forever? I much rather help you than waste your time. My company actually pays me to do so.

Look at yourself in de miror and take big confident poses. Talk yourself up before. Be 100confident you know the material you’ll be talking about. A lot of it is in the prep.Β

AE’s - here’s a very client-centred way to gather information about β€˜WHEN’ a decision needs to be made. Doing it this way will help you shorten sales cycles and build trust. Keep in mind - not every question I ask in this example is a perfect fit for every buyer, but should give you a good place
