Keep a victory journal so you can reflect on your wins in times when you're down. Remind yourself what you have done in the past - you've been successful before you can do it again.ย

Oh I like that idea! Once you get a few wins you will definitely feel more comfortable so just keep at it! I've been doing it for years and it still makes me nervous sometimes

First advice I give is to create an โaccomplishmentsโ email folder. Every dial tracker you are at the top of, every best practice you share, every client testimonial.
The best people donโt realize just how good they are and those things seem normal. But when you hit a slump, or need to interview, you can dive in there and remind yourself how awesome you are

Learned this recently from a ted talk I believe.
Stand up, power pose, big breaths and smile. Tell yourself how great you are in the mirror.
Youโre always going to be your best cheerleader. And donโt be afraid of no, itโs really not that bad.
I follow up a โNoโ with great, is there a better time to discuss x or will everything be prefect forever? I much rather help you than waste your time. My company actually pays me to do so.

Fake confidence over and over again. Treat it like an act that you have to master and eventually it becomes real

Look at yourself in de miror and take big confident poses. Talk yourself up before. Be 100confident you know the material youโll be talking about. A lot of it is in the prep.ย

Practice. Practice in front of the mirror. Practice your script during free time. Practice activities that require you to talk to people.
Ever asked someone out? Strike up a conversation with the checkout person at the grocery store. Tell some rando passing you by that you like their shoes.
This is basically what you are doing in sales every day. The sooner it becomes easier and you are detached from the outcome, the easier it will be.
Next thing you know you will sound super confident. And people will also notice this.
