What is the single greatest sales tool you utilize in your arsenal?

For me, it's LinkedIn. Now, I know it's been increasing in popularity over the past few years and during the past 15 months it has literally been flooded with salespeople who never thought much of it in times past. BUT, out of all the tools I've used over the past 10 years or so, it consistently allows for me to engage directly with decision makers in a casual and non-threatening (salesy) way.

So, I'm curious. What say ye??

Mine is the phone tbh.

Same. I’m a new SDR who was terrified of the phone. Finally started mastering cold calls and now it’s my favorite thing to use. Instant feedback, rapport building, and instant objection handling.

I’ve heard this through our Sandler training. NO ONE is using the phone and people are actually starting to answer it these days. I’m sure it’s industry dependent, too.

ZoomInfo. They have every single person's email and phone number. It doesn't get better than that

Well same as you, but Navigator. The search querying is really accurate and nice it seems.

I have Navigator, but never use it much. Mainly for the additional inmails. Lol

Try the advance search out. If you perform an Account Search and click the account you want to target, can you use the advanced search to pinpoint anyone and keyword searching works really well. Also, the tracking of accounts/who switched roles is awesome.

It is the best org chart building tool I have ever used. Super helpful for really large complex accounts where you have multiple LOBs and lots of stakeholders

HubSpot, hands down. Tasks, automation, workflows that make slack my ops center…can’t live without.

Honestly, my go-to-tool for reaching out to prospects is Skylead since it really removes the complexity for prospecting since it can automatically pull in the leads from my lead lists in Sales Nav.

On the other hand, it's very complex with the option to create IF/ELSE conditions in your outreach sequences and it can automate LinkedIn and cold emails.

Next to being in person, the phone is still king.  Making that connection - especially today - is key.

Ha!

It has been really nice to know that EVERYONE on the planet was in the same boat over the past 16 months.  Data was out that people were STILL closing 7-figure deals w/o ever meeting in person.

GMass. One of the simplest and most effective automation tools out there for email. When your sales role is also equal part relationship management you can add a decent amount of customization to get the same message out quickly.

Lucid just helped me get my head around the organizations I'm chasing at work. I feel like I was using flintstone tech relying on my CRM notes to track progress. that shit's for the birds. I got a contract out on an elusive client and have a road map to show my team what I did. Next up: getting them to lower our call quotas so I can start implementing Vidyard and any other tools that I find on here. I've been on here for a week and you all have already made my life easier. So glad I got in this group!
