The end of Q2 came faster than expected. With Q3 starting, many companies divide their year into a "before and after", with Q4 focusing on enjoying the fruits of the labor, but what about Q3?


In our case, we are in the middle of a company-wide transition to SalesForce (thanks to you for suggesting it), going through a complete transformation from a client-based business to account base selling.

I feel for you bro - for me, its all about systems. If you have the right system, the quarters don't really matter. Perhaps if your company thought about the right systems you would not switch to salesforce.
