I'm planning to wake up early morning and have some kind of productive ritual that keeps me pumped up all day. Wondering if any of the peeps on here have suggestions

I try to have lunch with my wife daily. Helps me step out of things for a min.

Wake up before the sun comes up. Get your heart rate up before you start work. Drink excessive caffeine. Know how to COMPLETELY unplug.
I have started working out with a personal trainer now! So let's see how that works out haha
It's been a battle to get into the routine but nothing starts my days off better than getting a workout in... any kind you like, run/cardio weights.. That old groggy monday morning feeling is out the window in a few minutes and you're wide awake ready to kick doors in.

Fair. I do that with tea already. Is there anything you'd add to your coffee routine?

Walking my dog has become one. Sometimes it puts a time stress on what I have to do in the morning but listening to a podcast while walking in the fresh air really sets me up for the day.
Thats awesome. Any specific podcasts you listen to?

Not a ritual but I can't wait for school to start back up, getting up and brining them to school to start my day was the best for hitting the ground running.
