Marry a very rich sick/old person that I can charm into making me sole heir to their fortune. After they die of "mysterious causes," I will retire to my private island where I will wear nothing but bikinis and consume nothing but grapes hand fed to me by a 10 that never talks and Kahlua, of course.

I haven’t seen it. But there’s one that’s supposed to be really good about a smooth chick who cheats old people out of their stuff by becoming their legal guardian or something.

Our company has been asking for that as part of our Personal Development Plans.

To which I immediately got wrapped around my axle because to be honest, I have no PDP related to my career.  None.   I'm an IC, I don't want to be in management, I work just as hard as I want to right now, and I don't want any additional responsibilities, such as those I'd get by working on a board or at a side gig.   I also am not at the early stages of my sales career.    I'm happy with what I have, enjoy (for the most part) what I do, and I'm doing alright.  Basically, I have zero aspirations.

CRO. Then whatever I want.
.
I am VP Sales at a pre-series A startup. I have a good chunk of equity, with more on the horizon. I have a fat base, UNREAL commission structure, and I’m asking for more post Series-A;which should be in August.
.
They partially paid for my move cross-country, and in the next 10-18 months, I’m going to make a business case to have me stationed in Mexico. They’ll pay for that too. I’m going after Mexican/Central/South American deals aggressively. I speak Spanish and get along well with the locals.
.
I have multiple investment-properties in Canada. My cashflow is healthy. Once I move, my cashflow will be obscenely high because of low cost of living there. I’ve done ALL the math.
.
My net worth is already rising pretty steadily. Once I live off-shore I should be in a position to acquire 2-3 investment properties a year in top-tier North American cities- while living in paradise and travelling, both for work and personally.
.
Between equity, steadily rising base, CRO position mine for the taking, and genuinely staggering property-values I should be able to retire by 35 on the residuals.. if I want to.
.
Who the fuck wants to give up the hunt though? 😈
.
Also trying to start up a side-hustle with a buddy.

I have a decent amount of equity and was one of the first hires with a good client list. I can lateral to another Director role, or up to VP. My end goal is to be on one or 2 more early start-ups and then go the VC route. Lots of finance experience and a network through my MBA program will enable that.

Sell a bunch and then move into sales leadership. Grow my network full of influential people in the VC space and ride the IPO train. Then half retire while I enjoy my wealth traveling.
