Well, let's start by asking the question: Why you, why you now?
Does your company need one? Have you been asked to start building out the function? Do you want to pivot to Sales Ops?

In general, people that are humble, sharing, and curious.
It depends on the backbone of your sales stack.
If it's SFDC...having at least one master level expert is going to go a long way.
