What (legal) ways do you pump yourself up to do a call down?

Sometimes sellers get into a pattern or cycle and need to mix it up in order to avoid monotony. That being said, I'm looking for other routines or best practices, heck even rituals to get me amped to make calls. Done everything from playing the classic "pick up the phones and start dailing" speech to breaking out the smelling salts. LMK.

I find that if my heart is going a bit faster than normal I'm a better cold caller. Something about the adrenaline? I'm not a doctor.

So if I'm sitting down, I stand up. If I'm already standing, I'll do a couple jumping jacks. I don't want to be out of breath, but I want o be jazzed up.
