Got an undergrad degree in psychology and didn't know what to do. Worked as a telemarketer and did really well with bonuses. Realized I was good as sales and liked it. Got my first job as a SDR in tech sales and have been in it ever since.
Dude this parallels my story except I had a history degree. I'm sure there are thousands like this
this is almost identical to my story,
Worked with part time telemarketing during High School.
1 year later after graduating, my current company headhunted me into a SDR role, been here ever since. 3 year anniversary is tomorrow.

After realizing all the sales reps at my company sucked, I convinced the president to give me a shot and I crushed it.
