Agreed. And will do! What makes me different is I am a highly empathetic person, and deeply care about doing the right thing for every person I speak with. I want to know as much about every prospects business as they are willing to tell me. If what I am selling is not a good fit, I won’t push. Ever.

I practice empathy, compassion, and kindness.  I also figure out/learn internal processes so I can get my orders fulfilled faster.

Honestly, I'm not that different. And I don't see anything wrong with that. Somebody needs a job done well and I can do that

Im not afraid to appear vulnerable and very normal/human with prospects. I don’t feel the need to be overly formal all the time and I think being casual really puts people at ease.

Accountability.  I close sales because I only focus on the opportunities that offer full transparency.  It's an agreement I make at the beginning of any interaction.

"(prospect name), I appreciate your time.  In regards to time, the best results of these meetings come from a fully transparent conversation.

The only way I am able to provide you with a tremendous customer experience is if we remain on the same page throughout this journey.

Regardless if you go with my solution, or we find that another solution is a better fit, let's respect each other's time and efforts.  Can we agree to that?"

Transparency is key, and once they agree then you've earned the right to hold them accountable.  It comes down to respect - they need to humanize you and realize your time is worth as much as theirs.

I think one of my strengths is my curiosity and ability to have a conversation with basicly anybody. I also always want to do good for others.

I don’t know if you’d classify this as different, I do try to establish a professional relationship with my prospects and then understand what they’re personally going to get out of this on top of the business benefits. If you can connect with people they’ll remember you and that will make you different to them

Does using textbook sales lines make me a worse rep? Does that make sense?
