What percentage of reps hit quota at your company

Only about 20% of reps at my company hit quota. That seems pretty low compared to other positions I have had.

In a given month about half. Annually about 35% hit their yearly number.

20% is VERY LOW. Idc how many reps there are, but if only 20% is hitting then they need to re-evaluate their strategy and # of reps on the team.

Couldn't agree more! Being in a quickly growing company myself, I see over half our reps struggling to get meetings let alone hit quota and it makes me reallyyyyyy question what's ahead. Pretty nerve-racking some days.

Its a red flag! Its not uncommon for startups but if your product can't keep your team afloat, then the reps are going to leave.

On average about 65% hit their monthly numbers but I will say they are pretty low and if you want to earn a decent wage you'll need to be above quota.

Less than 25% over here. 

Make no mistake. The region as a whole killed all expectations and we are number 1, so of course mgmt are the only ones that will be rewarded. But still, that's about average. 

And no, being a person that killed their mumber sucks in this environment. Just a matter lf time until I join the pack. But hopefully a better company first.
