I have never earned a commission lol, I have always been on salary with a "performance bonus EOY", so whats a commission? lol

depends on industry, company size, location and experience level
Mine currently is 70/30, but I’m transitioning to another company which will be 60/40 (at least, they claim for the first year of reps coming in)
50/50 on average.
