What percentage of your sales force hits quota?

I think this may have been asked before but I'm very curious. I'd say about 30% of our sales force actually hits their quota on any given month.

Our team has pretty easily attainable quota. I would say about 70% hits each month. I've missed 1 month since joining in September (by 80 fkkin dollars)

Think it depends on what stage your company is at in terms of team size. If you're above 100 reps and quota attainment is averaging under 50%, I'd dip out pretty quick since that's the sign of some larger issues
