What's the average Base + Commission structure for Monthly Sales Quota for 25K> & Above.

Industries: SaaS, Cloud, B2C, B2B; would love to know what would be a healthy structure. And what to negotiate, when signing up for quotas 25K and above.

There are many articles if you search the group such as https://bravado.co/war-room/posts/what-s-your-ideal-base-commission-split. Apart from that Repvue is your best bet.

25K and above is a wide spectrum if your talking 25k a month maybe 60/60.

The structure I'd expect is somewhere between 50/50 and 60/40 (base/commission).

With the info you've provided, amounts are impossible to give. Structure-wise, 50/50

FEELINGS- Your commission is annual (ARR) but the customer paid monthly (MRR) and if there is a churn in the next few months, the company will deduct by increasing your quota and taking the equivalent amount $$ from your quota in the next month.
