What's the best cold email/call you have ever received?

I got a cold call from a guy one time that was so confident/convincing/skilled at instantly building rapport that I was convinced that I personally knew him. After I hung up, I looked through social media, emails, and my contacts and turns out it was 100% cold and I had never interacted with him before ๐ ย He still got the meeting though.ย
That's the dream right there, hahah.ย

Had someone find out I am a big coffee guy, did some research on independent coffee shops near our office, and sent me a $25 gift card. Attached a very specific note to the email/gift receipt thingy that hit all the pains I might be having in my role...had to take that meeting.

Honestly the first time I got a Vidyard embedded in an email โ surprised me so much that there was a GIF waving at me with a dude who had my name on a whiteboard that I met up with him just to respect the hustle.ย
Also led me to use Vidyard in my own role, which has now expanded to our company where we use it mainly to help train and answer questions for non-techy old folks who use our product.ย
