What's the best time for an office key bump?

Sales savages - what time should I start my office key bumps and chest pounding today? I was thinking around 9am this morning but that's usually when I line up my interns and burn them with cigarettes as weekly punishment. Any advice???

I worked in a nyc office where it was so obvious when the 10-11 am droop would start and miraculously after a quick bathroom break the phones would light up. Estimate that roughly 30-40% of the office was doing it. That plug must have loved quarterly commission days…
