What's the biggest jump in W2 income you have ever had?

Was it 70k to 120k? Was it 120k to 250k? Or was it 250k to 500k?

It only counts if your income stayed at that level. If it was a one time, one year jump that doesn't count lol

Tell us what happened below. What was the promotion, new job, etc you got?

It's not the biggest in my career, but the most impactful was moving from insurance sales where I made 30k all commission to a WealthTech AE where my base was 40k and my OTE was 80k.

Seriously going from broke to having a bank account feels like a bigger impact than any other income jump I've had.

I had a major jump (almost double) when I started selling crystal meth to my SDR's. It's off the books though so it doesn't reflect on my W2.

$12.50 an hour to $109,000. Went from auditing tax documents at a temp agency to selling websites on the internet.

This is my double up year. 😈

Just need to stay consistent. I can afford 1 off month the rest of the year, and I don't plan on using it!

Jumped from being severely underpaid due to promotions > to market rate.
Crazy how readily companies are taking advantage of their employees.

I currently have roughly 10% of my team who are over $500k earners. I have one employee who's just smashing his year (perfect storm kind of shit) who will make $1 million this year ( which I've personally never done) -- pretty awesome though.
