What's the "hot" gift to give my sales team this year?

I want to give my direct reports (all first-line sales managers) something to thank them for their hard work and dedication. Budget: ideally around $200 each (but willing to go higher). Looking for something with some "wow factor" or that they will really appreciate/enjoy. Ideas? What would you want to get from your boss?

Unless you know them well enough to buy them something you know they'll love, cash or gift cards is always appreciated.

Things I’ve liked: company branded North face jacket and Bose noise canceling headphones!

Depends on what they like. I always go with wine or whisky. Get a nice bottle of wine that they wouldn’t buy themselves and you are set.

For me:

Option 1 - Cash, if not, Option 2 - Gift cards.

Thats tough, what have you done in the past? Do you personalize gifts, or the same one for everyone?

I’m looking for one thing I can get all six. Not cash or a gift card. I do enough of that throughout the year as incentives/contests. Looking for something special as a holiday gift.

Things I’ve done in the past: Tiffany ornament with the year on it, bottle of Dom Perignon, fancy dinner with spouses, gift certificate to a day spa.

The $200 gift card to a nice restaurant would be pretty good. Find out their favorite and buy a e-gift card.

Also I have heard of doing those massage guns too

A massage gun is intriguing! Different and useful.

We’ve discussed alcohol before - I’m not a drinker, so I give all alcohol - related gifts to family members. Of course, any gift is always welcome and received with gratitude and in the spirit intended, but someone like me wouldn’t get anything out of wine or alcohol.

Unless you really know your team, it’s a challenge. And, a nice bottle of wine PLUS cash/gift card would be nice.

Is there a hot new piece of tech they would all enjoy? New airpods? It's tough to find that "wow factor".
Do they all drink?

Not sure if there is some hot piece of tech that’s new enough that they probably don’t already have it…that’s what I’m hoping to find out from the group here.

Yes, everyone drinks alcohol.

Can't go wrong with nice whisky or wine, depending on what everyone drinks

Cash or gift cards when in doubt. Something to relieve their stress maybe, like a massage GC / standing desk / nice cozy head set? Just a few ideas
