One memorable year with a terminally delayed comp plan....it arrived after Q1. Good times.

Yeah, agreed. Best I can say is keep selling - it definitely won't hurt, even if you don't know the plan or the accelerators. Something in the bank always better than $0.
Usually the later it comes out, the higher it is.

I usually get mine at a reasonable time, but then they just like to keep making changes to it ๐ซ
Just got an update today to mine.
We're updating effective 1 July.
Old company would routinely deliver the comp plan late and make it retroactive 2-4 weeks. It was terrible.
April-ish but then changes have been made mid-year, so whatโs the point?

Trying to pick my annuals to match with my holidays as I don't have em guaranteed, unfortunately!
Longest I ever went was FY start in November, comp didn't get published and account roster wasn't even fully assigned until May.
Then everyone ends up on draw while you're waiting and you either A) gave the company an interest-free loan because you kicked ass; or B) dug a deep hole in draw payments you had to figure out how to climb out of before end of the FY.

I finally got mine last week. It's bad when it's nearly halfway through the year.
Left an org in September that didnโt have a comp plan. It was always coming โnext monthโ lol.
I chose April, but I got one in June once.
Last year I finally got mine in late June and there were not any significant changes, same old cookie cutter comp plan for each market. The writing was on the wall for me at that point and I was already planning my farewell tour.
Can someone share their comp plan and include %s and everything- donโt have to share the company!
