The worst objections often come from people who are not sure what they need or what you’re offering. Sometimes due to their ignorance but most often due to you doing a shit job.

Fuck you/off is hard, but when someone tells you how much they want the tool but their budget has been denied. That cuts deep. Real deep.

Those mean the sales rep didn't convey the message properly - and it stings.
