What's the one thing you wanted to change in your sales routine/life but finding hard to do so?

Keep the motivation high during the day. I'm really, really productive like 2-3 hours a day. Rest of the days goes with browsing, talking with coworkers, you know the drill. Still hitting my numbers, but if i could be like productive 5-6 hours a day. Daaaaamn!

that 3-5pm block where I'm thinking it's a little late to call/e-mail and kind of close out my day with slow end prospecting.
Oh yes. That's a sad thing to get over for many!
Shutting off slack regularly for productivity. Slack can be the best and worst for sales folk.
