Yes. As an admin, it might be one of the worst platforms I have EVER had to configure. It's the Venmo of contract e-signatures. You hate it, but there's no better option out there...

True story, over a decade ago I was working for a lead generation company and Zoominfo came in as a client.  It wasn't my project but it got very behind and they asked me to make some calls for it. 

We were using Zoominfo as our source for a call list.  I started working it and could immediately see what the problem was.  I pulled up Jigsaw (anyone remember Jigsaw?) got some accurate contacts and saved the day by setting the rest of the appointments in the contract.  

I can't remember what story I made up as to how I found the contacts.

We just got zoominfo and unless you’re constantly talking to C-suite & VP’s of established companies, the platform is fucking garbage

My man over here speaking fucking TRUTHS! Chili Piper’s UI is a flatulent dumpster fire on the admin side that makes me so mad and they’re answer to troubleshooting problems is “we fixed it for you” but then don’t tell you how to fix it yourself moving forward … Because they are the only ones that can figure out that ridiculous maze of bullshit. If only they spent half as much time fixing their UI/UX and functionality and less time being a LinkedIn influencer …

ZoomInfo for me -- so much incomplete and inaccurate data especially if you're going after a software focused vertical and I just don't trust the whole scoops thing they do where they claim to know if companies have expiring contracts or are in the market for a certain tech

I know ppl love it and some of the stuff they do with org charts is great and data gets much better as company size goes up but I'm still not a fan
