Definitely WFH alone where it's quiet.

Any you would recommend? I like to listen to music in between calls as well.
I have jabra evolve 65. Really high quality for calls and music. Only thing I've noticed is while my dialer is open the music quality drops to optimize for voice. Most likely dialer software or MacOS though and not headset. If I close the dialer music quality is top tier.
Did your company buy those? I think they are like $350 lol
Yeah got a wfh stipend. First thing I put on the list. Cost me €140 on amazon I think
Logitech Zone 900’s are the best I’ve used - little pricey at $168 on Amazon but worth it for the sound and mic quality. Active noise cancellation on them puppies as well
Depends on your comfort level some ppl prefer focus over fidgeting

Before pandemic, I’d always take calls standing. It was somehow better in terms of my energy.
Now in WFH, I walk around sometimes. But mostly I look out of the window to focus if the camera isn’t on.

WFH alone, maybe walking though - depends on what's being discussed.
Air pods pro’s in my ears with noise cancelling on. Nothing else matters around me but at some point I’m walking in circles.
I have a backup pair on me most of the time, at least in my bag or on my desk charging. Can’t risk them being dead or lost.
