What's your best / worst quality at work?

Best quality: I value my relationships and win often because of this.

Worst quality: Lol, sometimes I think I deserve more $, attention, etc from my company, so this can keep me from being positive and in a good mood. Even though I can earn more at another company, I want to consciously work on being more grateful every day on the job because our quality of life is better when we're actively grateful and positive.
