What’s your dream company to sell for?

I've always been jealous of the sellers of the "product of the moment". Think Zoom in mid-2020 where AEs were making 7 figures hitting 10,000% of their quota.
However, my new 'dream company' to sell for is what that fits these criteria:
1) Has an excellent product AND an excellent product/engineering team that takes feedback and is continually improving
2) Has competitors but a clear, tangible advantage (not just cheaper or "better customer support!"
3) Has a fair an equitable compensation plan that allows me to control how much I earn
4) Has great sales support via SDR, sales ops, sales enablement, and finance backing
Are there companies out there that fit all these boxes? Absolutely.

I've worked for a couple of companies where it seemed like the AEs barely worked while crushing quota. The product sold itself. That's the dream company. LOL
